- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)

- In a small bowl, toss the raspberries with granulated sugar and raspberry liqueur or juice. Set aside to macerate for 15 minutes.
