  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pie crusts and use a round cutter to create 3-inch circles.
  • Spoon a small amount of blueberry pie filling into the center of half the circles.
  • Place another circle of pie crust on top and seal the edges with a fork.
